We start work at 4 am and prepare the best of the days fish for delivery that morning around London.

Our staff are all very experienced and we have been trained by sushichefs to prepare the cuts and fillets .

We deliver 6 days a week and you can collect from us in the morning from our unit in central London...very close to Borough market.
